Partnership Financing and Mutual Investments in Technology Projects – How to Achieve Sustainable Synergies?
Russia and Saudi Arabia continue to deepen their economic cooperation. Over the past 10 years, more than 40 joint projects have been launched. All of this is becoming a key driver of economic growth amid restrictions and the transformation of geopolitical processes on the world map.

The focus of the discussion is on practical mechanisms for attracting and structuring mutual investments in high-tech and industrial projects, opportunities for partnership financing in implementing joint initiatives, and the role of digital transformation in enhancing business efficiency and prosperity in both countries. Session participants will explore how leading banks, digital platforms, and development institutions of Russia and Saudi Arabia can serve as anchor partners, reducing risks and ensuring the long-term sustainability of projects.

Special attention will be paid to the potential of the two countries' industrial parks and special economic zones as entry points for businesses and investors, digital platforms as a secure environment for interaction between Russian and Saudi businesses, as well as the adoption of digital technologies and technological exchange. Best practices for investor support, government incentives, and opportunities for integration into global technological and production chains will be presented.
