Is registration for the event mandatory?
Yes, you need to register in order to access the event.

For your visit to be smooth and comfortable, we recommend completing the registration no later than by the end of the day on February 5.
How do i register several participants using a single registration form?
If you need to register one participant, please select the ‘Individual Registration’ option.

If you need to register two or more participants from your organization, please select the ‘Company Registration’ option.

After completing Company Registration, you will gain access to your company’s Personal Account, where, under the ‘Employees’ tab, you will complete the profiles of all employees from your organization planning to attend the Trade Fair.
How do i obtain a badge?
Badges can be obtained in person in exchange for an electronic ticket or a valid identity document.

An electronic ticket will be emailed to each registered participant no later than February 6. The participant’s electronic ticket must be exchanged for an accreditation badge.

Access to the event is permitted only with an accreditation badge.
The Accreditation Center will be located at the Riyadh Arena exhibition complex.
Accreditation Center opening hours:

February 7: 14:00–20:00
February 8: 10:00–18:00
February 9: 10:00–18:00
February 10: 10:00–16:00
For your convenience and time efficiency, we recommend collecting badges on the preliminary working day of the Accreditation Center: February 7.

If all badges on behalf of an organization are collected by a representative, a power of attorney must be generated in the Company Personal Account and certified with the company seal
(powers of attorney issued outside the Personal Account will not be accepted).

To save time when collecting badges by power of attorney, we recommend pre-selecting the date and time of your visit to the Accreditation Center in the Company Personal Account; the badges will be prepared for you by the selected time.
What information is displayed on the badge?
Here is what information will be displayed in English on the participant badge and visitor ticket: Last name, First name, Company name, Job title, Individual participant code.

The badge is personalized and may not be transferred to third parties.
The badge must be carried at all times during the Trade Fair.
What should i do if i did not receive a confirmation email after registration?
Please check your inbox again, as well as your in English folder.
There are cases when corporate domains may block emails from external sources.

Which registration category should official delegation representatives choose?
If you plan to attend the Trade Fair as part of an official or regional delegation, you must register in the ‘Delegate’ category and check the following box:
‘Apply for free participation (for representatives of government authorities, associations, unions, NGOs).’

We recommend creating a group Personal Account using the ‘I am registering a group of participants’ button and adding all members of your delegation to the list.
Which category should i register under if i am participating with a stand or as a trade fair partner?
Access to the Personal Account created for your company will be emailed to you after the payment for participation has been processed.
If you have not received the email, please contact your personal manager in charge of your participation in the Trade Fair.
How do i visit the trade fair if i am not a participant?
Persons under the age of 14 are not permitted to attend the Trade Fair.
You may choose a visit format that best fits your needs.
How do i obtain a visitor ticket?
The electronic visitor ticket is not exchangeable for a badge.
Access to the event is granted by ticket, which may be presented in printed form or on a smartphone screen.
To attend the event as a visitor, you must complete the preliminary online registration.

After registration, you will receive an email with access to your Personal Account.

The visitor ticket will be available for download in the Personal Account and will also be emailed to you no later than February 6.
Which category should i register under if i am an exhibitor at the saudi arabia stand?
You must register as an Exhibitor.
Please request the registration link from the person responsible for coordinating your participation in the Trade Fair.
How do i use the b2b meeting scheduling service?
The B2B meeting scheduling service is available in the participant’s Personal Account under the ‘Meetings’ section.

Your login and password are provided in the email sent post-registration.
The dedicated B2B meeting service is a fast and convenient way to build your business agenda, connect with participants, and schedule negotiations in advance.
The service allows you to:

  • View the list of event participants;
  • Find new business contacts;
  • Schedule business meetings online;
  • Confirm the negotiations agenda.
Built to enable productive participation, the service will be available starting January 15.
How do i invite my partners to the trade fair?
In the participant’s Personal Account (available after registration), you will find an ‘Invitations’ section.

If you plan to invite colleagues or potential partners to visit your stand or hold meetings during the event, we recommend using our convenient invitation template.

To send an invitation, simply enter your partner’s name and email address, and a branded invitation email with a registration link will be sent out automatically.

You may choose to add any extra information or your stand number, if you choose so.

Access to the Business Program with the exception of the Main Plenary Session is available to holders of all badge categories.

Access to the Main Plenary Session is available only to VIP badge holders.
How can i participate in the trade fair with a booth or as a partner?
For enhanced visibility at the event, please choose one of the following formats:
  • Trade Fair partnership
  • Business Program partnership
  • Participation with a booth
You may submit a participation request on the website.
Where will the event take place?
‘INNOPROM. Saudi Arabia' will be held in the city of Riyadh, at ‘The Arena' venue.
How to get there: flights, accommodation, transfers
As of August 1, 2025, there are direct flights that are operating between Russia and Saudi Arabia.

On December 1, an agreement on visa-free travel between Russia and Saudi Arabia was signed. The visa-free agreement is to come into effect in early 2026.

If you require assistance in organizing your trip, you may contact the official Trade Fair travel operator Promo Travel by submitting a request on the website.

Promo Travel managers will select convenient flights, hotel accommodation, and arrange airport and city transfers for you.
