Trade turnover between Russia and Saudi Arabia demonstrated impressive growth in 2024, increasing by more than 60% and exceeding $3.8 billion. This was announced by the Head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Anton Alikhanov.
The Minister noted that in the first quarter of 2025, the positive dynamic only intensified, showing a fourfold increase compared to the same period last year.
To maintain and further develop such a successful trend, Alikhanov called for joint efforts to find new growth points for technological cooperation. Shipbuilding, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals and other industries were identified as promising areas for collaboration.
